Before: This was a dreary, cold flat -- but we could see it's potential.

Vision: Part of the Holistic Life Design process is to connect with your Vision for how you want your life to be. What are you wanting to experience more of in your life? This is our flat in Hong Kong -- When we started our process we realized we wanted to feel Lighter. It's a very congested city, I craved space and an open feel. To help us in our Visioning we looked through photos of places we loved to travel. This picture was taken at a hip, new spa in Chaing Mai, Thailand. It's feel was exactly what we wanted; Light, Fresh and Natural yet Clean & Contemporary.

During: We gutted the flat, to create a more open feel. Things always look worse during renovation -- so it was important to have an overall Vision in mind!

After: As a result of our Visioning process we created an open loft-like dwelling. By introducing old-style metal windows, polished concrete floors and teak wood detailing the result was Contemporary, Light and Natural. Once we lined our balcony with tropical trees the Vision was complete.

After: Modern, Contemporary Kitchen with Birdcage Pendant create a nice balance between old and new, east and west.
